You may have noticed a slight change in this Forum. No longer are you greeted with the garish blue log in screen. New guests to the Forum will be allowed to browse and view the content. If one attempts to start a thread or reply to an existing one, a window will advise that login or registration is required first.
This retains the same security previously built into the Forum, while recognizing that asking a guest to register without first seeing what's behind the login screen is tantamount to buying the proverbial pig in a poke.
Your comments - good or bad - will help us continue to improve.

Yay! Love the new access to the Forum. This is what I was asking for in my March 21 post -- but apparently was not understood. "March 21 2013 Subject: Must sign in the READ new forum --I often want to merely read the postings on the NNT forum. I find this is not possible without signing in. It used to be that I had to sign in only when I wanted to post a message. Laverne"Off the subject but -- Now I can't find where and how to paste a picture into this message from my computer. HELP. I was going to paste a picture of the above quotation instead of typing it out I know one can paste grahics from hosting sites but what about if stored on one's computer. Laverne

Now I can't find where and how to paste a picture into this message from my computer. HELP. I was going to paste a picture of the above quotation instead of typing it out I know one can paste grahics from hosting sites but what about if stored on one's computer. Laverne Save the image to your hard drive. In the Reply or Create Thread, click on "Add Attachment". In the next screen, click on Add file and browse to the image you want attached. Click "Done" and that's it. One word of caution: Don't preview your thread or reply before posting because for some reason the attachment then drops off. At least it did in Version 4, haven't checked to see if this has been corrected in an update. Feel free to ask about any other feature of the Forum. I may not have the answer but can get a fast response from the hard-working ProBoards support staff. The learning curve for Version 5 has been steep indeed and we are all struggling but getting there!
