Hi all, On May 13, 2021 the CDC changed recommendations for COVID-19 vaccinated people that masks are no longer required outdoors or indoors (except on planes, trains, & buses; which recommendation changes are currently being considered). The recommendations for masks for unvaccinated people remains in effect. Many believe that not to far in the future you may have to show proof of vaccination to partake of some services or admittance. Proof of vaccination will be the CDC card with the vaccine brand, lot, and injection dates. It is not always easy to carry around a paper card which will wear away with repeated handling. It would be better to create a PDF of the vaccination card and carry that PDF on your phone….easy to show and easy to email. For iPhone users, you can use the Notes app to scan and save the vaccination card info as a PDF file. PDF is better than a photo as some places may not accept photos, but nearly all accept PDFs. See iPhone - Portable Scannerfor instructions on how to scan with the Notes app.
