The following message keeps on appearing on different web sites when using firefox or opera. "shockwave flash is busy or not responding etc" this keeps occurring no matter what option I select on the message. Then after several seconds it appears again. And this will continue. I am using Visa home premium and firefox primary and opera for back up browser. This problem has been going on now for several weeks. cp

Just wondering if this same problem occurs when you use a browser other than Firefox? Although I am not getting the error message you described, there are a lot of videos I cannot view with Firefox, such as those appearing on Yahoo; however, they work fine on Internet Explorer. I guess something good can be said about IE.

I also get the message using opera. I use opera as back up when things go strange with firefox.
This happens periodically - the error message keeps repeating - as far as I can check the shockwave flash on firefox is there and there is no other indication anything is wrong - did notice that when this happening i see that adobe flash player is also running

I turned the pc on and off several times. the problem corrected itself for now. I guess that is why it disappears for a while then comes back - I turn my computer off at night - DFW is not a place keep pc on with electrical storm etc.
I wonder how long things will stay ok this time. not very confident you notice

Generally you will see this problem only when playing flash or java intensive games on Facebook such as Farmville and usually when your memory is running low. There are complaints about this all over the Internet without any apparent solution. Does not seem to occur when using IE.
