I am running Windows 10 Pro 1903 version. I applied the ms monthly updates for July on 7-29-19. All went well. Now when I check for updates, the system tells me my computer is up to date -- and I know there are August 2019 updates which are not applied. I can see the July updates in the Update History list. I have tried the Troubleshoot Windows Update but it couldn't find the problem. I did go to Services and make sure these were set to Automatic start and were running: BITS, Windows Update. Any thoughts on what to do next? Anyone else having this problem? Laverne

Today (August 28 2019) I tried running the Windows 10 "Check for Updates" for the umpteenth time. This time, the system found updates and I applied them. Apparently, I must have set a defer-updates date somewhere in the system and that date was finally reached. This date did not show anywhere after I set it. I suppose I better keep notes on what I do instead of trying to remember ;-) Thanks for reading. Laverne
