Since it served no useful purpose some 2+ years after ending publication of Neat Net Tricks, I cancelled its domain registration in 2017. I see now someone else has registered the domain neatnettricks.com. This is, of course, their right to do so, however, I feel correct in demanding that the new site owners prominently post a statement that they are not affiliated with the former NNT publication. I can only surmise that they wish to give that impression since the privacy statement is word-for-word the same as the one displayed on the site during the active publication of NNT, even referring to the publication.
I have used their Contact form to make my demands which I feel are appropriate. They do not indicate a contact name or address and the WHOIS lookup shows the Domain Administrator as Privacy Guardian, software intended to delete Internet histories from major browsers.

hi Jack, Privacy Guardian hides the name of the new domain owner. The link below is how you can reach the owner by relay of your email to the owner. You might want to contact Privacy Guardian indicating the situation and possible copyright infringement. Privacy Guardian

Thanks, Dana, I've done that. It's obviously an attempt to "ride on my coat tail" and may require legal recourse. We'll see .....

And clearly a case of copyright infringement: They've even copied old reviews from our Software Review Panel!

Aw, what a total nuisance and aggravation to see this happening, Jack! Shame on these people. Geez!
