Yesterday was a nightmare. My desktop repeatedly gave me a Blue Screen(BSOD) after little squiggly marks all across the monitor, then shut down. AV and Malwarebytes couldn't run through the entire sequence before shutting down. Research showed I "might" have a Trojan. I can't recall ever having a BSOD with Windows 10.
After considerable hair-pulling I think I have (possibly) corrected the problem. Dell's DW WLAN Card had planted itself in my startup group and, using the old routine of msconfig I disabled the startup.
I'm only mentioning it here in the event someone else (running a Dell??) night experience the same problems. Or, if someone else on the Forum might have a suggestion of something I've overlooked.
Ain't computers grand?
