I have read that disabling the Adobe Flash plugin in Internet Explorer will secure your computer from the current IE security flaw. But then I read this:
"You may want to stress that there are two exploits out there. The Adobe plug in fixes one, and not the other. Both are zero day. The one not fixed by the Adobe plug in is the IE exploit"
I did run the Adobe Flash Update but that is different from disabling the plugin in IE. I am confused. Is it OK to use IE once you disable the Adobe Flash plugin? Does anyone know?.

Both Adobe and IE are having problems, they are advising not to use IE until they get a patch out May 13. Seems like an awful long time to me.
