And I would, as always, wait a few days to hear if any problems arise out of these updates before applying them. This is especially true of the NET Framework updates which are so often problematic.

I downloaded 14 updates yesterday and so far no problems.

And you were very lucky. Many times how well one's machine reacts to the patches also has to do with how their machine is configured. I generally wait until I get the "all clear" from one of the patch watch lists.

Susan Bradley in "Patch Watch" gave the okay to download all of the updates but suggested waiting to installing the NET Framework updates. I did install all 13 updates including the NET Framework and experienced no problems. Be aware that none of these updates are rated as critical, so. . . .

Thanks, Marck and DrMark, for reporting the results of your download. I generally wait until Susan Bradley gives the OK, so I think I'll wait to download and install the .NET stuff. But it's helpful to know that neither of you encountered problems.
